Following a devastating house fire to a designated contributing historical structure, Metropolitan Builders - led by owner Dominick Ristaino - restored the home, allowing us to capture the historic essence that we fell in love with when we bought it, while simultaneously upgrading the interior in such a way that we now enjoy all of the modern conveniences of a brand new home. In my opinion very few builders are capable of such a feat!

My home and storage building had roof damages from a hail storm. My insurance company denied my claim. A guy I worked with recommended Metropolitan Builders. He said that they could "get it done."  He was right. Tanner handled everything for us. He called the insurance company, met with them, scheduled the crew... everything. It was a quick and easy process. I was surprised the insurance company changed their mind. I got a completely new roof on my house and the storage buildings. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jason, Thank you so much for coming to our house within an hour of the time a large tree fell on the roof. As soon as the tree was removed, you all were right there to cover the holes in the roof so no interior damage was ever suffered. You also worked so well with our insurance adjuster which we appreciated. Metropolitan has done a lot of work in the Dliworth community, in particular the beautiful renovation of Dilworth Methodist Church. When I started asking friends in the neighborhood who they used for construction projects, the group who was named time after time was Metropolitan Builders. They had the reputation of delivering quality work, on time and within budget. So naturally, when we needed help, I called Rob. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. Our first project with him was to replace some windows which were hard to come by. Somehow, Rob found replacements which matched our existing windows and we were very pleased with their work. When we had a water leak problem, my first thought was to call Rob again. He came by immediately and helped us put together an estimate for insurance. Fortunately, with his extensive knowledge of construction, he was able to identify some areas that needed repair that the insurance adjustor had not even included or seen. His team was able to repair the damage in our house in a timely, professional manner and it looks so good you would never know that we had a problem. I would highly recommend Metropolitan Builders to anyone who is looking for a quality company that provides excellent service.
