Metropolitan Builders

Metropolitan Builders is a design build firm, but we prefer and welcome working with an architect.  The architect can provide an invaluable service in plan preparation, especially when adding new heated square footage.  Sometimes the architect provides the broad strokes with the owners budget in mind and leaves the finer strokes to Metropolitan's in-house design group.

Project times vary.  The first consideration is, do you have final plans?  Plan development can take a few weeks, or even months, depending on the scope of the project and the decision making process.  The actual construction portion well depend on the plan, scope of work, and the site conditions.

Metropolitan is a poplar contractor with many facets.  We are a small contractor remodeler by our standards, but provide the services of a larger corporation.  We do have more than a few jobs in progress at any given time, but you are always our most important client.  We strive to make sure your project is adequately supervised and that all of your needs are met throughout the project.
